Unlike other childcare facilities, we believe in separate spaces for the different ages and maturity levels of children. Here at CFR Childcare we want the children to be surrounded by other kids, toys, and activities that fit their developmental ages. As participants in Idaho's STEPS TO QUALITY program, each of our classrooms are set up with the children's development as our main goal!
Your child's wellbeing is our #1 priority!
As such, all of our staff here at CFR Childcare are Infant and Pediatric CPR and First Aid certified! We also have a Licensed Practical Nurse on staff and staff trained and certified in seizure management!
Along with your child's physical well being, your child's mental health and aptitude are very important to us! Parents have the opportunity to enroll their children with Jeff Jones LCPC. Jeff has over 20 years of experience as a licensed counselor and specializes in children. As he is also on site, children enrolled with Jeff have the opportunity to have their therapy needs taken care of while at daycare! No more rushing from work to appointments, and off to more for mom and dad with counseling and childcare in one convenient place!
Steps to Quality
Steps to Quality (STQ) is Idaho’s Quality Rating and Improvement System (QRIS) for child care programs. STQ blends quality improvement and quality rating for early care and education programs. It is a voluntary program for child care centers and home based center programs. Programs participating in STQ work with regional IdahoSTARS consultants to assess, improve and communicate quality practices.
